New College Grad - HBM Digital Verification Engineer

Role Summary

Provide digital verification support for HBM and emerging memory pre-silicon designs. Work with design and verification teams to simulate, analyze, and debug full-chip circuits, and to develop verification methodologies and test plans.

Position is part of the memory verification engineering team focused on HBM architectures and feature validation.

Experience Level

Entry-level; targeted at recent graduates (graduated within the last 2 years).

Responsibilities

Core responsibilities include pre-silicon verification, testbench development, and collaboration on verification plans and methodologies.

• Simulate, analyze, and debug pre-silicon full-chip HBM and emerging memory circuit designs.
• Develop and maintain testbenches and test cases to increase verification coverage.
• Contribute to verification methodologies, test plans, and feature validation for HBM and emerging memory products.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of electronic circuit concepts.
• Experience with electronic circuit simulation and design tools.
• Basic programming, scripting, or HDL experience (example: C++, Python, Verilog) is preferred.
• Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills; self-motivated team player.
• Conversational English communication skills.

Nice-to-have:

• Internship or project experience in pre-silicon circuit design or logic verification.
• Familiarity with RTL, verification concepts, and logic simulation basics.
• Organized, goal-focused approach and strong debugging/problem-solving aptitude.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics Engineering, Nanotechnology, or a related technical field. Candidates should have graduated within the last two years from the degree program. No specific certifications were required or listed.
