Role Summary
Join the High Volume Manufacturing Node Development team working on DRAM node introduction and ramp at the ID1 fab. This role connects development and manufacturing, owning yield ramp, cost efficiency, and quality improvements at scale.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include leading node introduction and driving yield and quality improvements across cross-functional teams.
- Lead new node startup, qualification, yield ramp, and production readiness.
- Guide development teams on process integration with deep technical insight.
- Analyze yield data and electrical failures to drive measurable improvements.
- Partner with Design, Technology Development, Quality, and Test teams to resolve yield and performance issues.
- Use statistical tools and lab analysis to identify root causes and optimize processes.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience, plus preferred/nice-to-have items listed separately.
- Must-have: Familiarity with DRAM architecture, operation, testing, and process integration.
- Must-have: Understanding of CMOS fundamentals and performance characteristics.
- Must-have: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Must-have: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Nice-to-have: Experience supporting high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environments.
- Nice-to-have: Knowledge of yield analysis, failure analysis, and product characterization techniques.
- Nice-to-have: Experience using CAD tools, simulations, and statistical analysis methods.
- Nice-to-have: Strong organizational skills and ability to present technical findings and influence cross-functional teams.
- Nice-to-have: Familiarity with agentic AI.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (required).
