Role Summary

Develop and maintain internal CAD design tools and flows for NAND circuit, layout, simulation, and electrical checks. Support global design and verification teams by delivering shared flows, training, and troubleshooting, and work with EDA vendors to integrate and improve tools.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

• Develop internal tools and flows for circuit design, layout design, simulation, and electrical circuit checks.
• Collaborate with global CAD members to produce flows released to worldwide design and verification organizations.
• Provide training and troubleshoot issues for design and verification teams globally.
• Propose and implement solutions to improve verification quality and efficiency based on team feedback.
• Integrate, test, and troubleshoot external EDA vendor tools within internal flows.
• Use agentic AI to assist flow development and/or embed AI agents into flows.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.

Requirements

• Must-have: Experience developing or maintaining CAD design flows and internal automation for circuit, layout, simulation, or electrical verification.
• Must-have: Practical experience integrating and troubleshooting EDA vendor tools within design flows.
• Must-have: Experience supporting engineering teams with training and technical troubleshooting.
• Must-have: Strong scripting/programming skills to implement tools and automation.
• Preferred: Experience using agentic AI or other AI techniques to assist automation or enhance flows.
• Preferred: Prior experience mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance.
