MTS TD Integration Engineer (eNVM)
Role Summary
The MTS Integration Engineer drives development and integration of eNVM technology from proof-of-concept through qualification and production release. The role coordinates across process, device, reliability, product engineering and fab operations to meet electrical, mechanical, thermal, reliability and customer specifications.
Primary focus areas include process integration, test structure design, process flow definition, specification setting, characterization and customer enablement.
Experience Level
Senior β minimum 7 years of semiconductor manufacturing or development experience; process integration experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Accountable for integrating new processes and ensuring technology readiness for production.
- Integrate new eNVM processes across development, qualification, and technology release/transfer phases to meet release requirements.
- Collaborate with process module, device, reliability, product engineering, and fab operations teams to develop and qualify technologies.
- Design test structures, create and maintain process flows (STF, ECN), and define electrical test and inline specifications.
- Define and validate design rules with device, design rule verification and layout teams.
- Characterize and qualify integrated processes for electrical, reliability and yield requirements.
- Analyze data and perform problem solving for electrical test, yield, process and reliability issues.
- Coordinate with product engineering and device teams to resolve yield and quality issues during development.
- Interface with customers to enable new technologies in customer product designs.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience:
- Minimum 7 years of semiconductor manufacturing or development experience.
- Hands-on experience in process integration or new technology introduction and qualification.
- Knowledge of device physics, process integration, characterization and qualification techniques.
- Strong data analysis and structured problem-solving skills related to ET, yield, and reliability.
- Effective communication, collaboration, ownership, and self-driven learning.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with CMOS and eFlash devices, eFlash reliability, process integration and testing.
- Experience in technology release/transfer and certification workflows.
- Publications or patents related to semiconductor technology.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
