MTS - Design Enablement (PDK Technical Program Management)
The Design Enablement Engineer develops and maintains Process Design Kit (PDK) components and the automation that produces them. The role is part of the Design Enablement team responsible for creating device libraries, tech files, runtime code for EDA tools, and ensuring PDK quality for internal and external customers.
This role collaborates with process and modeling teams, performs QA for DRC/LVS/SPICE flows, and documents limitations and usage guidance for PDK deliveries.
Mid-level β typically requires about 6 years of experience in the semiconductor and/or EDA industries.
Key responsibilities include development, maintenance, validation, and documentation of PDKs and associated automation.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Computer Science or equivalent required. Master's degree in those fields is preferred. Equivalent practical experience is acceptable where stated.
