Mixed-Signal Systems and Verification Engineer
Role Summary
Develop and verify analog behavioral models and verification environments for mixed-signal and RF blocks. The role sits on an AMS verification team responsible for model accuracy, RTL integration, and verifying analog functionality against specifications.
Collaborate with analog designers and RTL engineers to ensure models are simulation-efficient and represent schematics correctly.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Develop simulation-efficient analog behavioral models in SystemVerilog for analog/RF blocks.
- Verify that behavior models accurately represent analog schematics.
- Integrate behavioral models with RTL and verify system-level interactions.
- Create testbenches, test scenarios, and assertions to validate analog functionality against specifications.
- Document modeling and verification results and participate in design/verification reviews.
- Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute verification activities.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience:
- Experience developing and verifying real-number behavioral models in SystemVerilog (RNM, UDN/UDT/UDR, wreal, Verilog-AMS).
- Basic understanding of AMS blocks such as filters, ADC, DAC, VCO, A/DPLL, SerDes, LNA, and mixers.
- Experience with Cadence Virtuoso Schematic Composer and ADE.
- Experience with analog assertion-based verification and testbench development.
- Scripting experience in Perl or Python.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Nice-to-have:
- FPGA prototyping experience.
- DSP experience.
- Experience with low-power architecture.
