Role Summary
Design and deliver mixed-signal and high-speed interface circuitry for ASIC products. Work through the full analog/mixed-signal flow: requirements, schematic, layout guidance, verification, silicon characterization and bring-up.
The role is based at NVIDIA headquarters in Santa Clara, CA. Positions are available at multiple seniority levels (mid, senior, principal) within the mixed-signal design organization.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include design, verification, and silicon support for mixed-signal and high-speed interface circuits.
- Define circuit requirements and complete design from schematic to characterization.
- Design and implement high-speed interfaces and analog/mixed-signal circuits in deep submicron CMOS processes.
- Collaborate with layout engineers on floorplan, matching, and high-speed routing to meet performance targets.
- Support lab characterization, silicon bring-up and debug of prototypes.
- Work cross-functionally with system architects, verification, physical design, and test teams to deliver product implementations.

- Proven experience in schematic design of mixed-signal circuits (analog and high-speed digital interfaces) in deep submicron CMOS.

- Ability to collaborate across engineering teams and communicate technical trade-offs clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to analog/RF/closure details during product integration.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with signal integrity, timing closure for high-speed serial interfaces, and mixed-signal verification tools.
- Familiarity with automation/scripting for characterization and verification.
