Memory Circuit Verification Engineer
Role Summary
The engineer will lead verification and end-to-end analysis of full-chip gate-level memory designs (DDR/LPDDR generations and emerging memory architectures), including low-power and power-management features. The role works closely with global design and verification teams and owns verification deliverables across projects.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities:
- Define and direct verification strategy for assigned projects and features.
- Simulate, analyze, and debug pre-silicon full-chip designs, including gate-level simulations with delays.
- Develop test cases, stimuli, test benches, and test vectors to increase functional coverage for DRAM and emerging memory architectures.
- Develop and maintain verification environments, flows, and regression suites for coverage analysis and improvement.
- Collaborate with international teams to develop new verification flows and solve complex design challenges.
- Perform logic schematic analysis and timing investigations (setup/hold and critical data path analysis).
- Identify verification tasks suitable for AI-based automation and work with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable solutions.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience (concise):
- Experience with gate-level simulations (with delays) and logic schematic analysis.
- Proficiency with SPICE and Verilog simulations.
- Strong analytical capability for complex CMOS and gate-level circuit designs.
- Experience in timing analysis (setup/hold and critical path timing).
- Python scripting experience.
- Experience in DRAM, SRAM, or other memory-related fields.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted verification tools and emphasis on correctness, validation, and responsible use of enterprise-approved AI systems.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Electronics Engineering or a related engineering field required.
