Member of Technical Staff (MTS) – Process Development, Thin Films (CVD/Diffusion), NAND
Senior technical contributor responsible for advancing NAND thin-film processes through project leadership, experimental execution, materials characterization, and integration support. Works within the process development team to deliver measurable technical results and ensure transfer and ramp readiness.
Provides technical guidance and mentorship to earlier-career engineers and participates in cross-functional problem solving and continuous improvement.

Core responsibilities include leading projects, executing experiments, and supporting integration and ramp activities.
Must-have technical and interpersonal skills for successful execution in a NAND thin-films R&D/process development role.
Degree-based experience thresholds are specified: PhD with at least 8 years of relevant experience; Master’s with at least 11 years; Bachelor’s with at least 13 years. Relevant fields specified include Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related technical fields. (Experience requirements are tied to degree level as stated.)
