Role Summary

Join KLA's Measurement, Analytics and Control (MACH) team in Dresden to contribute to software and modeling solutions for semiconductor process analytics and control. The role works in a small agile team and collaborates closely with application engineers and global colleagues to develop features that improve manufacturing stability and yield.

Primary mission: translate domain knowledge in mathematics, physics, or chemistry into software concepts, documentation, and validated solutions for customers in semiconductor manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include working with product and engineering teams to design and deliver software features and models that support semiconductor process control.

  • Develop concepts for new product features and document software functionality.
  • Understand the application domain and guide the team toward valuable solutions for customers.
  • Work as a core member of an agile team (up to ~8 people) to deliver product increments.
  • Collaborate closely with on-site application engineers and global teams (including Asia time zone).
  • Participate in continuous delivery practices and efforts to automate quality and reliability checks.
