Manufacturing Test Engineer — New Graduate Hiring
Role Summary
Entry-level role responsible for owning manufacturing test activities and supporting test program introduction and deployment in mass production. Works with cross-functional teams to analyze test data, debug issues, and improve test processes and automation to ensure product quality.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities focus on test program delivery, data-driven issue resolution, and continuous improvement of manufacturing test processes.
- Own manufacturing test activities for released products.
- Lead test program introduction and deployment into mass production.
- Analyze NPI test data after R-Gate release and provide actionable feedback to cross-functional teams.
- Lead debugging and qualification of test hardware; perform Gage R&R (MSC) analysis and release duplicate test hardware.
- Manage first-line disposition of hold lots, including low yield and QA failures related to testing.
- Develop and optimize testing processes, documentation, and best practices with process owners.
- Drive test automation projects to improve manufacturing efficiency, test coverage, and product quality.

Must-have
- Up to 2 years of relevant work experience (entry-level).
- Solid understanding of software and system testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with Linux environments and command-line operations.
- Programming experience (examples: Java, C++).
- Experience in system, embedded, hardware, or manufacturing testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for product quality.
- English communication skills (reading and writing).
Nice-to-have
- Experience with NPI test data analysis and statistical methods used in test qualification.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools for manufacturing environments.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering preferred.
