Manufacturing Operations Support 1
Role Summary
Provide hands-on manufacturing test support for FF1 and QFN Inovance (IC83K) M2 devices at the Jitra manufacturing site. Work with production and test engineering teams to execute test plans, capture results, and support root-cause analysis.
Position is part of the manufacturing operations team focused on device testing, defect identification, and maintaining production throughput and quality.

Responsibilities
Core day-to-day responsibilities include executing and documenting device tests, maintaining test equipment, and collaborating with engineers to resolve issues.
- Execute and validate test procedures for FF1 and QFN Inovance (IC83K) M2 devices.
- Operate, monitor, and perform basic maintenance on test equipment and fixtures.
- Record test data, log failures, and generate clear test reports.
- Troubleshoot routine test and process issues and escalate complex problems to engineering.
- Follow manufacturing, safety, and quality procedures; support continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
Technical skills and experience required or strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing test environments (preferred).
- Basic troubleshooting skills for test hardware and fixtures.
- Ability to follow written procedures and accurately record test results.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with production and engineering.
- Willingness to work onsite in Jitra and follow shift or production schedules as required.
