Manufacturing Engineer
Support the Manufacturing Technology team within Silicon Labs Packaging to enable successful NPIs, production qualifications, and business continuity for semiconductor packages. Work across Assembly/Package Engineering, Reliability Engineering, and Failure Analysis to drive qualification activities and vendor interactions.
Entry-level / Early Career β requires at least 2 years of relevant experience in assembly manufacturing or a reliability lab environment.
Provide engineering support for package assembly, qualification, and failure analysis across internal teams and contract manufacturers.
Must-have technical skills and on-the-job capabilities.
Nice-to-have: basic knowledge of package design rules, experience with engineering builds to qual, and hands-on chamber/equipment operations.
Diploma in a related engineering field.
