Job Title

Manager, Technical Enablement — Customer Enablement

Role Summary

Lead and coordinate DRAM validation and qualification activities from early samples through customer approval. Serve as the primary engineering liaison between internal teams, partners, and customers to ensure product validation meets specifications and schedule.

Drive cross-functional alignment, manage validation schedules, and ensure timely issue resolution to enable successful product deployment.

Experience Level

Senior — manager level. The role expects demonstrated experience in DRAM product, design, validation, or related semiconductor engineering (see Requirements for details).

Responsibilities

Primary duties include coordinating validation activities, tracking progress, and communicating technical status and risks.

  • Act as primary engineering contact for DRAM customer and enabler validation and qualification activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships to align on specifications, test plans, documentation, and sample readiness.
  • Develop, lead, and communicate internal and joint validation schedules; track milestones and close gaps.
  • Coordinate debug and root-cause analysis; drive issue resolution across teams.
  • Provide status updates, risk assessments, and technical insights via presentations and reports.

Requirements

Must-have and preferred qualifications for successful performance in this role.

  • Must-have: ~5 years of experience in DRAM product, design, validation, or related semiconductor engineering.
  • Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication; able to present technical information clearly to customers and partners.
  • Experience working across multi-functional teams and managing competing priorities.
  • Program/project management experience leading complex, cross-functional technical initiatives.
  • Ability to assess enabler and customer impacts and tradeoffs and to communicate them clearly.
  • Nice-to-have: experience with cloud/hyperscale/graphics or high-performance computing ecosystems; background in semiconductor manufacturing validation; experience developing validation documentation or tracking systems.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering is listed as the baseline; equivalent practical experience is explicitly accepted. (Fields cited: Electrical or Computer Engineering; equivalent practical experience permitted.)
