Job Title

Manager, Technical Enablement - Customer Enablement

Role Summary

Lead and coordinate DRAM validation and qualification efforts from early samples through customer approval. Serve as the primary engineering contact for customer and enabler validation, align cross-functional teams, and ensure schedules, documentation, and issue resolution drive timely product delivery.

Experience Level

Senior role. Minimum guidance: 5+ years of experience in DRAM product, design, validation, or related semiconductor engineering fields.

Responsibilities

The core responsibilities focus on customer-facing validation, schedule management, and cross-team issue resolution.

  • Act as primary engineering contact for DRAM customer and enabler validation and qualification activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships to align on specifications, test plans, documentation, and sample readiness.
  • Create, lead, and communicate internal and joint validation schedules; track milestones and resolve gaps.
  • Coordinate debug and root-cause analysis; drive issue resolution across engineering, manufacturing, and partners.
  • Provide status updates, risk assessments, and technical insights via presentations, reports, and partner meetings.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience required to perform the role; preferred items listed separately.

  • Must-have: Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in DRAM product, design, validation, or related semiconductor engineering fields.
  • Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication; able to present technical information clearly to customers and internal teams.
  • Experience working across multi-functional teams and managing competing priorities.
  • Experience conveying technical impacts and trade-offs between enablers and customers.
  • Program management experience leading complex, cross-functional technical initiatives.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with cloud, hyperscale, graphics, or other high-performance computing ecosystems.
  • Background in semiconductor manufacturing processes and validation workflows.
  • Experience developing validation documentation, tracking systems, or knowledge repositories.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. (The posting explicitly allows equivalent practical experience in lieu of a degree.)
