The System Test Engineering Manager leads a team in the Test Solutions Group to develop and support manufacturing test solutions for Datacenter system products. Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include technical leadership, improving manufacturing test solutions, and coordinating across teams and sites.

  • Manage and support a growing on-site manufacturing test engineering team across multiple locations.
  • Refine and translate system-level manufacturing test solutions into repeatable methodologies and processes for Datacenter products.
  • Improve automated diagnostic generation and validation infrastructure.
  • Lead and advise engineers handling multiple product lines, manufacturing sites, and varying software/hardware maturity levels.
  • Guide teams to identify and resolve technical problems affecting yield, quality, and test throughput.

Requirements

Must-have technical and leadership qualifications, plus additional desirable skills.

  • Must-have: 6+ years post-silicon validation experience with board or system products.
  • Must-have: 2+ years managing or leading technical teams and projects.
  • Must-have: Familiarity with manufacturing processes from chip to system.
  • Must-have: Proficiency in Python and experience with bash scripting.
  • Must-have: Strong communication and people management skills.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with automated diagnostic generation, test automation infrastructure, and deploying solutions across factories and product lines.
  • Nice-to-have: Broad hardware and software troubleshooting experience in manufacturing environments.

Education Requirements

BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
