Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include technical leadership, improving manufacturing test solutions, and coordinating across teams and sites.
- Manage and support a growing on-site manufacturing test engineering team across multiple locations.
- Refine and translate system-level manufacturing test solutions into repeatable methodologies and processes for Datacenter products.
- Improve automated diagnostic generation and validation infrastructure.
- Lead and advise engineers handling multiple product lines, manufacturing sites, and varying software/hardware maturity levels.
- Guide teams to identify and resolve technical problems affecting yield, quality, and test throughput.
Requirements
Must-have technical and leadership qualifications, plus additional desirable skills.
- Must-have: 6+ years post-silicon validation experience with board or system products.
- Must-have: 2+ years managing or leading technical teams and projects.
- Must-have: Familiarity with manufacturing processes from chip to system.
- Must-have: Proficiency in Python and experience with bash scripting.

- Nice-to-have: Experience with automated diagnostic generation, test automation infrastructure, and deploying solutions across factories and product lines.

Education Requirements
