Manager, Product Quality Engineering
Lead the Product Quality Engineering team in the Taiwan Product Quality Engineering Lab. Focus on engineering-driven failure analysis of chips, boards, and systems for customer quality complaints and drive product quality improvements across organizations.
Responsible for mentoring staff, tracking quality metrics, coordinating corrective and preventive actions, and partnering with internal and external engineering teams to improve product reliability.
Senior-level — requires 10+ years overall experience in the semiconductor or datacenter industry and 8+ years of management experience.
