Manager, OEM Solution Architecture
Role Summary
Lead and manage OEM technical field teams to drive successful integration, NPI, and large-scale deployments of NVIDIA technologies with OEM partners. Work across engineering, product, sales, and OEM project management to prioritize workstreams, resolve partner issues, and deliver end-to-end hardware and software solutions.
Experience Level
Senior β requires 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years leading teams.
Responsibilities
You will coordinate technical engagements, lead NPI activities, and ensure successful execution of OEM integrations and deployments.
- Oversee and prioritize workflow for OEM technical teams aligned with sales strategy and design-win objectives.
- Plan and coordinate NPI efforts to integrate NVIDIA technologies into OEM platforms.
- Lead prioritization and sequencing of cross-functional workstreams to deliver complete hardware and software solutions.
- Resolve complex customer and partner technical issues and maintain strong technical relationships.
- Lead technical execution for large-scale customer deployments, coordinating internal and external resources.
- Participate in recruiting: lead interview panels and prepare executive-level hiring justifications.
- Provide input on OEM account strategy, roadmap planning, and procedural improvements.

Must-have: 10+ years experience with OEM/ODM, datacenter operations, deployments, and management; minimum 4 years managing or leading teams.

Must-have: Proven ability to coordinate and prioritize technical engagements, NPI efforts, and end-to-end solution development.

Must-have: Familiarity with OEM integration cycles, product qualification, and launch processes.

Must-have: Technical breadth across data center solutions including GPUs, networking (NICs, DPUs, switches), and related software stacks.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or an MBA focused on IT management. Equivalent practical experience in relevant technical and management roles is acceptable.
