Job Title

Manager, Integration Engineering

Role Summary

Manage the 300mm process integration team (Fab 8) responsible for process integration from development and customer engagement through transfer to mass production.

Lead technical delivery and continuous improvement across process technologies (FinFET, FDSOI, RFSOI, eNVM), balancing quality, cost and delivery while developing the team.

Experience Level

Senior level (manager). Typical experience: mid-to-senior engineering leader with approximately 8–10+ years of relevant industry experience; posting specifies Master’s +10 years or PhD +8 years.

Responsibilities

The manager is accountable for leading integration efforts, coordinating cross-functional work, and developing staff to deliver advanced semiconductor technologies to production.

  • Lead process integration team on development of technologies including FinFET, FDSOI, RFSOI and eNVM.
  • Own process integration activities from development and customer engagement through production transfer and sustaining.
  • Coordinate with TSD and business units to define project scope and ensure technical requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with process module and packaging teams to drive integrated process solutions.
  • Manage project schedules, scope and cost trade-offs to meet program objectives.
  • Mentor and develop junior process integration engineers and technical staff.
  • Support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) requirements and safe working practices.

Requirements

Must-have technical and leadership capabilities; preferred items listed separately.

  • Proven leadership experience delivering advanced semiconductor technology into mass production.
  • Strong project management skills, including schedule, scope and cost management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to apply for and obtain a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance if required; ability to provide citizenship/background information as requested.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with FEOL/BEOL processes and familiarity with FinFET and FDSOI processing.
  • Structured problem solving and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Strong presentation and technical writing skills.
  • Results orientation and focus on quality.

Education Requirements

Posting requests a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physics, or another relevant engineering/physical science discipline (specified with 10+ years experience).
