Responsibilities
Typical responsibilities for this role include:
- Develop and maintain verification environments and testbenches for LPDDR PHY IP.
- Create and execute test plans to verify functionality, timing, and corner cases for LPDDR protocols.
- Write assertions, directed tests, and constrained-random tests (e.g., SystemVerilog/UVM).
- Run simulations, analyze results, and debug failures with RTL and verification tools.
- Collaborate with RTL designers, analog/mixed-signal teams, and system integration teams to resolve issues.
- Support silicon bring-up and characterization activities when required.

- Must-have: Practical experience in IP verification (preferably PHY or memory IP) using SystemVerilog and UVM.
- Must-have: Strong RTL understanding and experience debugging RTL-level issues.
- Must-have: Experience with simulation and verification tool flows and scripting for automation (Python, TCL or similar).
- Must-have: Familiarity with LPDDR protocols and PHY-level behaviors preferred.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with silicon bring-up, lab validation, signal integrity or timing characterization.
- Nice-to-have: Knowledge of specific EDA simulators and debug tools (vendor-neutral listing only).
