Role Summary
The Lead Test Engineer will work closely with design, test, systems, and application engineers to provide differentiated power solutions globally. The role focuses on developing high-power density power stages and ensuring compliance with customer and market requirements.

Responsibilities
The Lead Test Engineer will have various responsibilities, including:
- Understand design specifications and system challenges by collaborating with the design team.
- Generate test plans and create test and characterization programs.
- Design automated test equipment hardware interface boards.
- Debug and characterize silicon on automated test equipment, correlating results with bench data.
- Analyze results, support failure analysis, and optimize test time.
- Release products to volume production in collaboration with the production team.
- Implement test strategies for multiphase controller and power stage devices.
- Qualifications and comprehensive device debugging.
- Collaborate with design and firmware teams to support customer needs.
- Engage with application engineers to assist customers in understanding devices and resolving issues.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong fundamentals in electronics, including RC networks, operational amplifiers, ADCs, DACs, and DC-DC buck converters.
- Experience defining test flow and strategies.
- Silicon bring-up and debug expertise.
- Ability to lead projects from planning to production release.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field of study is required.
