Lead Software Engineer
Role Summary
Engineer responsible for developing designer-facing formal verification features in the JasperGold product line. Focus areas include core C++ implementation, feature delivery for designer applications, and integration of machine learning into designer workflows.
Work closely with verification, product, and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain high-quality software for electronic design automation users.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities for this role include:
- Design, implement, and maintain C++ software components for designer applications within JasperGold.
- Develop and integrate machine-learning features into designer workflows.
- Collaborate with verification engineers and product managers to define feature requirements and delivery plans.
- Optimize algorithms and data structures for performance and scalability in EDA workloads.
- Write and review code, unit tests, and technical documentation; participate in design and code reviews.
- Debug complex system issues and support product quality and release activities.

Must-have:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in C++ with strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience working on complex software projects and collaborating across teams.
Nice-to-have:
- Familiarity with formal verification concepts and EDA tools.
- Knowledge of Verilog or VHDL.
- Experience with Qt for GUI development.
- Background in applying machine learning to software or verification problems.
