Member of an R&D team building technologies and products for static and dynamic transistor-level analysis and characterization of advanced digital and mixed-signal circuits. Drive AI/ML research and develop tools and infrastructure to accelerate design analysis, data mining, and modeling of node-specific effects like aging and variation.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Research and develop AI/ML methods to improve speed, capacity, and usability of circuit analysis and characterization.
• Design and implement tools and infrastructure for characterization data mining.
• Model design effects dominant in advanced technology nodes such as aging and variation.
• Collaborate with R&D team to integrate research into production-capable software.

Requirements

Key skills and experience:

• Industry experience developing and maintaining C++ applications on Unix/Linux environments.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and engineering best practices.
• Experience with software quality and development processes.
• Experience applying AI/ML in EDA or related domains (strong plus).
• Transistor-level circuit design experience (strong plus).
