Lead MTS Verification Engineer

Role Summary

Lead verification engineering efforts for MTS-related projects, owning verification strategy, planning, and execution. Work with design, validation, firmware, and test teams to close verification objectives and deliver high-quality silicon and systems.

Lead and mentor a team of verification engineers, define verification architecture and methodology, and drive improvements in verification flow and automation.

Responsibilities

Core responsibilities include planning and executing verification activities and leading the verification team.

• Define verification strategy, scope, and schedules for MTS projects.
• Design and implement verification environments, testbenches, and test plans (e.g., SystemVerilog/UVM).
• Lead functional verification, simulation, coverage collection, and closure activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional verification activities with design, firmware, test, and systems teams.
• Drive automation of verification flows and improve regression efficiency.
• Mentor and develop verification engineers; conduct design and code reviews focused on verification quality.
• Analyze failures, debug complex issues, and support silicon bring-up and characterization as needed.
