Role Summary

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Lead complex IC layout projects from concept through tape-out and delivery.
  • Develop solutions to difficult layout and architecture problems requiring deep technical analysis.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and less experienced engineers.
  • Make critical IC architecture and layout decisions that influence product direction.
  • Perform advanced process evaluations, optimizations, and implement design-for-manufacturing practices.
  • Drive cross-organizational technical alignment and influence engineering strategies.
  • Create and promote layout methodologies and best practices to improve team productivity and quality.
