Senior β minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in digital verification at a semiconductor company.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities for this role include:
- Define verification strategy, architecture and execution plans for IP, subsystem and SoC verification.
- Develop, maintain, debug and run UVM-based verification environments for RTL and gate-level simulations.
- Create directed and constrained-random tests, stimulus generators, scoreboards, checkers and assertions.
- Run regression suites, analyze failures, log and track bugs to closure.
- Collect and drive code, functional and assertion coverage metrics to verification sign-off.
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, software and system teams to ensure specification coverage.
- Verify industry-standard interfaces (I2C, I3C, SPI, AXI, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, etc.) and high-speed interfaces.
- Improve verification methodology, automation and scripting to increase team productivity and quality.
Requirements
Key must-have skills and experience:
- 6+ years of digital verification experience in a semiconductor design environment.
- Proven RTL verification experience using Verilog and SystemVerilog.
- Strong expertise in UVM and coverage-driven verification techniques.
- Experience developing verification plans, testbenches, scoreboards, assertions and constrained-random environments.
- Familiarity with functional coverage, code coverage, regression management and verification closure processes.
