Lead Analog Validation Engineer

Role Summary

The role involves working on high-speed mixed-signal communication circuits and high-performance digital circuits. The engineer will be responsible for RTL coding, verification, and debugging of high-speed communication chips, while collaborating with a team of analog and digital design engineers.

Experience Level

Mid-level, with 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities include:

  • Develop RF validation board, schematics, and layout.
  • Define the validation strategy involving hardware and software.
  • Conduct system-level and parametric tests.
  • Team leadership and mentoring of junior engineers.
  • Assisting in the preparation of application information and data sheets.
  • Managing multiple independent tasks with varying instructions.

Requirements

Minimum requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  • Experience in validation engineering of analog products is preferred.
  • Strong hardware debugging and schematic design skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in teams and deliver projects on time.
