Mid-level; a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading an Analog IC design team with ownership from definition to manufacturing release.
- Driving design activities and guiding team members through project execution.
- Evaluating design phases and silicon outcomes to meet technical objectives.
- Collaborating with various engineering teams to prepare documentation and assist in product definitions.
- Participating in hiring and developing team members for operational efficiency.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5 years of relevant experience in analog IC design.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in power management and signal chains.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and manage time for project delivery.
