Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading an Analog IC design team with ownership from definition to manufacturing release.
  • Driving design activities and guiding team members through project execution.
  • Evaluating design phases and silicon outcomes to meet technical objectives.
  • Collaborating with various engineering teams to prepare documentation and assist in product definitions.
  • Participating in hiring and developing team members for operational efficiency.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in analog IC design.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience in power management and signal chains.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and manage time for project delivery.
