Layout Engineer
Role Summary
Design and prepare multi-dimensional semiconductor layouts and detailed drawings from schematics and geometry provided by designers. Work is performed using CAD or other computerized tools and supports product development engineering teams.

Responsibilities
Core responsibilities include producing and verifying physical layouts to meet design intent and specifications.
- Develop and prepare multi-dimensional layouts and detailed drawings from schematics and provided geometry.
- Use CAD and computerized layout tools to create and edit artwork and digitized plots.
- Check dimensions, write specifications, and verify completed drawings for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure adherence to design rules and project specifications; document revisions and maintain records.
- Collaborate with designers and cross-functional engineering teams to resolve layout and manufacturability issues.
- Support on-time project delivery through effective time management and tracking of assigned tasks.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering is required (Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering cited as example). Minimum cumulative GPA: 3.0/4.0. Degree level listed as Bachelor's Degree.
