Responsibilities
The main responsibilities include:
- Developing high-quality layouts for DDR and HBM PHY IPs using advanced CMOS, FinFET, and GAA technologies (7nm and below).
- Designing layout floorplans, conducting physical verifications, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Performing DRC, LVS, ERC, and Antenna checks to complete verification cycles timely.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize layout for performance, power, and area.
- Troubleshooting layout challenges and improving methodologies.
- Documenting design flows and best practices for knowledge sharing.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications include:
- BTech/MTech degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in IC layout development for advanced process nodes (7nm and below).
- Proficiency in DRC, LVS, ERC, and physical verification methodologies.
- Strong understanding of deep submicron effects and layout matching in applicable technologies.
- Experience with layout tools such as Cadence Virtuoso or Synopsys Custom Compiler.
Education Requirements
BTech/MTech degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
