Junior Digital Verification Engineer - MCU
Role Summary
Junior engineer on the digital verification team focused on microcontroller (MCU) products. The role supports verification of RTL and integration into SoC subsystems, working with designers and validation teams to ensure functional correctness.

Entry-level (Junior). Typically 0β3 years of industry experience.
Responsibilities
Typical responsibilities include:
- Develop and run verification tests and simulations for digital RTL.
- Create and maintain testbenches and stimuli to validate functionality.
- Analyze simulation results, debug failures, and document issues.
- Work with RTL designers to reproduce and resolve functional bugs.
- Contribute to verification plans and regression suites.
- Participate in design and verification reviews; maintain verification documentation.
Requirements
Must-have and preferred skills (concise):
- Must-have: basic understanding of digital logic and RTL concepts; familiarity with simulation and debugging workflows; good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Must-have: scripting ability for test automation (e.g., Python, shell).
- Nice-to-have: experience with SystemVerilog/UVM, knowledge of Verilog/VHDL, or prior verification projects.
- Nice-to-have: exposure to SoC or MCU design and integration flows.
