Responsibilities

Design and verify digital blocks for SoC MCUs and contribute to integration and post-silicon validation.

  • Develop RTL (Verilog/SystemVerilog) for digital sub-circuits according to specifications; support synthesis and static timing analysis (STA).
  • Contribute to design-for-testability (DFT) implementation and verification; debug silicon and pre-silicon issues.
  • Perform comprehensive verification using simulation, formal methods, and hardware emulation.
  • Collaborate with analog, mixed-signal, and software teams to define interfaces and optimize system performance.
  • Participate in post-silicon validation and debugging activities to resolve hardware issues.
  • Produce design documentation: specifications, test plans, and design-review materials.
  • Follow team design methodologies and schedules to meet quality targets.

Requirements

Core technical skills and professional behaviors required. Education is listed separately below.

  • Proficient in Verilog/SystemVerilog for RTL design and verification. (Must-have)
  • Experience with industry-standard EDA tools for RTL coding, synthesis, STA and formal verification. (Must-have)
  • Understanding of digital design principles, clock-domain crossing (CDC) issues, power integrity, and low-power design techniques. (Must-have)
  • Familiarity with DFT concepts and practical verification/implementation. (Must-have)
  • Scripting experience for automation (Python, Perl, Tcl) to improve design flows. (Must-have)
  • Practical debugging skills for pre- and post-silicon validation. (Must-have)
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, effective communication and teamwork; ability to take initiative and lead technical discussions. (Must-have)
