The IP Verification Engineer will focus on planning, building, and executing the verification of new and existing features for AMD's graphics processor IP. The goal is to ensure that there are no bugs in the final design.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with architects and engineers to understand the features that need verification.
- Creating comprehensive test plan documentation that considers interactions with other components.
- Estimating time for writing tests and making necessary modifications.
- Developing directed and random verification tests.
- Debugging test failures to identify root causes and working with RTL and firmware engineers for solutions.
- Reviewing functional and code coverage metrics, and modifying tests accordingly.
Requirements
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in:
- IP level ASIC verification.
- Debugging firmware and RTL code.
- Utilizing UVM testbenches and working across different operating environments.
- Languages such as Verilog, System Verilog, C, and C++.
- Developing UVM-based verification frameworks.
- Automating distributed workflows.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
