Role Summary
Manage and drive front-end (FE) projects for mixed-signal semiconductor IP (MSIP). The role coordinates requirements, schedules, reporting, and cross-functional execution across PEM, R&D, circuit (CKT) teams, design integration (DI), and commercial teams (sales/marketing).
Experience Level
Mid-level — typically requires 5+ years of relevant SoC/IP/ASIC experience.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities focus on program delivery, cross-team coordination, and product maintenance.
- Drive project schedules, status reporting, and tracking for one or multiple MSIP FE projects.
- Work with PEM and stakeholders to define and manage requirements and milestones.
- Plan and coordinate new developments, updates, and enhancements with R&D teams.
- Evaluate and manage change requests and their technical/schedule impact.
- Coordinate with CKT and DI teams to ensure integration and verification tasks are on schedule.
- Support Sales and Marketing for customer quotes and technical customer interactions as needed.
- Identify risks and drive issue resolution to meet quality and delivery targets.

- At least 5 years' experience in SoC, IP, or ASIC development/flow.
- Program or project management experience; familiarity with standard project management tools and practices.
- Knowledge of quality management system processes and procedures.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with engineers, managers, and customers.
- Proven decision-making, negotiation skills, and ability to stay composed under pressure.
- Empathy for team and stakeholder needs; quick learner adaptable to new tools and processes.
- Experience with mixed-signal semiconductor IP or related FE project work is a plus.
