IP Program Manager, Senior Staff
Role Summary
Lead program management for mixed-signal silicon IP projects, coordinating cross-functional engineering teams (analog, digital, backend, verification) across multiple geographies to deliver IP from kickoff through tapeout.
Act as the primary program contact for internal teams and customers, maintaining schedules, tracking risks and dependencies, and ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
Experience Level
Senior-level (8+ years of program management experience in analog or digital design environments).
Responsibilities
Key day-to-day responsibilities include planning, coordination, risk management, and customer-facing program leadership.
- Manage mixed-signal IP development programs from kickoff through tapeout; ensure delivery against schedule and quality targets.
- Serve as central point of contact for cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
- Plan program schedules, identify dependencies, track risks, and escalate issues before they become blockers.
- Organize and lead regular program reviews and customer meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Drive problems to resolution across organizational boundaries, coordinating engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.
- Manage multiple concurrent IP programs and develop contingency and recovery plans when timelines slip.
Requirements

- 8+ years of program management experience in analog or digital silicon design environments.
- Proven track record managing silicon IP or ASIC development programs through full product lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design, ASIC flows, IC manufacturing processes, and process technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across geographic and functional boundaries.

Nice-to-have: hands-on design experience in RTL, digital or analog circuit design, backend implementation, or silicon bring-up.

Nice-to-have: prior customer engagement experience including presentations and regular program reviews.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.
