Intern in Photonics flow
Internship to test and help develop Cadence's photonics design flow based on the Virtuoso platform. Work includes software testing, creating customer-facing materials (Rapid Adoption Kits, demos, examples), and collaborating with a multinational team on real industry cases.
This role provides hands-on exposure to semiconductor and photonics design methodologies and adjacent tools such as simulators and AI-assisted productivity features.
Entry-level internship. Targeted at final-year engineering students; prior coursework or practical exposure to photonics/microelectronics and IC design is preferred.
The intern will support the photonics flow team through testing, documentation, and collaboration on product improvements.

Final-year engineering student (engineering school). Preferably studying photonics or microelectronics engineering.
