Intern - F10 Process Integration Analytics
Role Summary
Full-time internship within Process Integration Engineering at Micron Singapore (Fab 10N). The intern will develop an AI-enabled inline health-monitoring and process drift-detection solution, build visualizations and dashboards, and prototype automation to improve process monitoring and engineering productivity.
Experience Level
Entry-level internship. Candidate should be available for a full-time internship of at least 5 months (January 2027 to June 2027).
Responsibilities
The intern will work under mentorship to deliver a working prototype and handover materials. Key responsibilities include:
- Extract, organize, validate, and document inline process metrics, targets, and specifications.
- Design and implement dashboards and visualizations for process-health monitoring and drift detection.
- Develop and test AI-enabled methods for drift detection and process-window optimization.
- Prototype an AI Agent for selected Process Integration tasks (data collection, lot funding, experiment summaries).
- Produce a handover package with documentation, findings, and recommendations for further development.
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to integrate solutions into existing workflows.
Requirements
Must-have skills and attributes to succeed in the internship:
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work with data, including statistical thinking and interpreting large datasets.
- Practical programming and data-analysis skills; experience with visualization or dashboard tools.
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Interest in semiconductor manufacturing, Process Integration, and process control.
- Ability to commit to the full-time internship period and deliver project milestones under mentorship.
Nice-to-have:
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools, AI Assistants, or Agentic AI workflows.
- Experience with automation, dashboard development, or machine-learning-based drift detection.
Education Requirements
Candidate should be pursuing a degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
