Develop and validate analog integrated circuits and design reference power circuits for products. Produce product specifications and application design documentation, and provide technical training and support to field applications, marketing teams, and key customers.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include defining new products with internal teams, evaluating devices, and producing documentation and training.

• Collaborate with IC design engineers and field application/marketing teams to define new products and features.
• Evaluate new products and prepare test reports.
• Design application reference schematics and circuits.
• Write product specifications and application design manuals.
• Provide technical training and ongoing support to field application/marketing teams and major customers.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and capabilities; preferred items listed separately.

• Proven ability to implement and debug hardware circuits.
• Strong analysis skills for analog circuits and power-electronics topologies; familiarity with control theory and methods.
• Experience using MCUs and DSPs; proficient in C programming.
• Effective verbal and written communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient English communication and writing skills.
• Ability to provide technical training and customer support.
• Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Nice-to-have: experience in the switching power supply industry.

Education Requirements

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience/qualification.
