IC Design Engineering Intern

Role Summary

Analog Devices Istanbul Design Center is recruiting an Analog & RF IC Engineering long-term intern to support IC design, simulation, and measurement activities. The role is hands-on and team-based, focused on practical circuit work and verification.

Minimum internship duration: 6 months. Location: Bilişim Vadisi, Istanbul.

Experience Level

Entry-level internship for current students; no specific prior professional experience required.

Responsibilities

Typical responsibilities for this internship include:

  • Support analog and RF IC design and verification tasks under guidance from senior engineers.
  • Perform circuit simulations and analysis (e.g., SPICE-based flows).
  • Assist with lab measurements, device characterization, and data collection.
  • Document test results and prepare technical reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members on design reviews and iterations.

  • Basic understanding of analog circuit fundamentals and RF concepts.
  • Familiarity with circuit simulation tools (e.g., SPICE).
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a team environment.

  • Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
  • Nice-to-have: scripting or data analysis skills (Python, MATLAB) and hands-on lab experience.

Education Requirements

Applicants must be currently enrolled in a B.S. or M.S. degree program in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering. Minimum cumulative GPA: 3.00. (Enrollment and GPA requirement specified by the employer.)
