IC Design Engineering Intern
Role Summary
Analog Devices Istanbul Design Center is recruiting an Analog & RF IC Engineering long-term intern to support IC design, simulation, and measurement activities. The role is hands-on and team-based, focused on practical circuit work and verification.
Minimum internship duration: 6 months. Location: Bilişim Vadisi, Istanbul.
Experience Level
Entry-level internship for current students; no specific prior professional experience required.
Responsibilities
Typical responsibilities for this internship include:
- Support analog and RF IC design and verification tasks under guidance from senior engineers.
- Perform circuit simulations and analysis (e.g., SPICE-based flows).
- Assist with lab measurements, device characterization, and data collection.
- Document test results and prepare technical reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members on design reviews and iterations.

- Basic understanding of analog circuit fundamentals and RF concepts.
- Familiarity with circuit simulation tools (e.g., SPICE).

- Nice-to-have: scripting or data analysis skills (Python, MATLAB) and hands-on lab experience.
Education Requirements
Applicants must be currently enrolled in a B.S. or M.S. degree program in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering. Minimum cumulative GPA: 3.00. (Enrollment and GPA requirement specified by the employer.)
