IC Design Engineer — Analog & Mixed-Signal
Role Summary
Work on analog, RF and mixed-signal integrated circuit design and full-custom layout for production silicon. Responsibilities span circuit design, layout, physical verification and tape-out support, collaborating with verification and validation teams.

Responsibilities
Typical duties (project-dependent) include:
- Full-custom IC layout design and verification.
- Analog and mixed-signal circuit design and simulation.
- Floorplanning, placement, routing, and parasitic extraction.
- DRC/LVS and physical verification; tape-out preparation and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on silicon validation and performance optimization.

- Must-have: Practical experience in IC design or IC layout engineering (analog, mixed-signal, or RF).
- Must-have: Experience with Cadence Virtuoso and common simulation tools (Cadence/Synopsys).
- Must-have: Strong understanding of layout techniques, matching, symmetry, and physical verification (DRC/LVS).
- Must-have: Solid semiconductor fundamentals, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Nice-to-have: RF design experience, tape-out experience, or deeper expertise in parasitic extraction and signoff flows.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
