HBM Technical Customer Manager (New College Grad)
Role Summary
Join Micron’s AI Solutions Group to support and technically enable High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) solutions for key customers. The role is customer-facing and cross-functional, focused on aligning customer system requirements and timelines with Micron’s HBM product portfolio.
This is an entry-level position with mentorship from senior team members; responsibilities span validation, qualification, customer enablement, and input to product and roadmap decisions.
Experience Level
Entry-level (New college graduate). No specific years of prior professional experience required; internship, co-op, or academic project experience is relevant.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include supporting customer engagements, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting with validation and documentation.
- Support multiple customer engagements: prepare technical content, participate in meetings, and assist with requirements alignment.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to communicate customer needs and track program milestones.
- Assist with validation and qualification activities to ensure customer readiness for HBM products.
- Develop and maintain customer enablement materials, SOPs, and technical collateral.
- Prepare technical messaging and updates for internal and external stakeholders, including executives.
- Analyze market and customer inputs to inform roadmap discussions and business planning.
- Apply best practices for customer communication across the product lifecycle, from NPI to EOL.
Requirements

- Strong interest in semiconductor technology, AI hardware, or memory systems.
- Ability to understand and clearly communicate technical concepts.
- Experience working on team-based technical projects (academic, internship, or co-op).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to learn quickly in a customer-facing technical environment.
Nice-to-have:
- Internship, co-op, or project experience in semiconductors, hardware systems, or product engineering.
- Exposure to DRAM, advanced packaging, or system-level design concepts.
- Interest in customer engagement, product strategy, or technical program execution.
- Comfort collaborating across multiple teams and disciplines.
- Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as needed.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, Materials, or related field) is specified as the basic qualification.
