Job Title
Graduate Talent (Server Infrastructure and Test Engineer)
Role Summary
Provide infrastructure and test-development support for server and GPU validation environments. The role maintains platform stability, enables validation and simulation workloads, and performs high-complexity debugging across global sites.
Experience Level
Entry-level (graduate / early career). Suitable for recent graduates or candidates with equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
Primary duties include maintaining infrastructure availability, enabling test automation, and resolving platform-level failures to support validation and simulation work.
- Operate and maintain server and GPU infrastructure to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance for validation and simulation environments.
- Plan and execute server/GPU upgrades and maintenance with minimal disruption to users and third-party simulation tools.
- Investigate and resolve infrastructure performance bottlenecks and risks; implement preventive actions.
- Provide technical escalation and deep debugging across software, firmware, test content, and hardware domains to identify root causes and close issues.
- Support platform bring-up and reproduce cross-site issues to accelerate debug and resolution.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance validation scripts and automation frameworks to support test readiness and repeatability.
- Perform board-level analysis and DFT-related tasks, including datasheet interpretation and signal-level troubleshooting to support test development.
- Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to coordinate validation and infrastructure activities.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and attributes; preferred items listed where applicable.
-
Must-have: Programming and scripting experience in Python and C/C++ for automation and validation tasks.
-
Must-have: Practical understanding of server and GPU infrastructure, system management, and automation workflows.
-
Must-have: Hands-on experience with debugging and validation across software, firmware, and hardware layers.
-
Must-have: Ability to perform board-level troubleshooting and support test development activities (DFT-related analysis, pin/signal identification).
-
Must-have: Ability to work on-site and collaborate with global teams; shift schedule per local operations.
-
Nice-to-have: Familiarity with AI tools applied to scripting/automation and prior experience supporting third-party simulation tools.
-
Nice-to-have: Strong analytical problem-solving, communication skills, and an ownership-driven approach to reliability and continuous improvement.
Education Requirements
