Test Back-End Manufacturing Engineer
Role Summary
Work within Test Back-End (TBE) operations to manage work-in-progress (WIP), drive throughput and OEE, and ensure on-time delivery of test and final-test shipments. The role coordinates across manufacturing, planning, engineering and IT to implement process improvements and reporting/automation for high-volume semiconductor test operations.

Responsibilities
Key day-to-day responsibilities include operational planning, WIP management, process optimization and reporting/automation to meet TBE KPIs.
- Plan and manage daily WIP movement to meet scan-out, pack-out, OEE and shipment targets.
- Coordinate with Planning to expedite urgent or critical lots and establish recovery plans.
- Develop and implement improvement plans to meet delivery outs, OTD and OEE targets.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, IE, maintenance, process and test teams for ramp-ups and tool/process readiness.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels in WIP and improve WIP management systems.
- Create and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to monitor cycle time, OTD, output and OEE.
- Automate routine reporting using Power Automate, Excel and SQL to reduce manual work and errors.
- Review automation and RTD solutions to optimize WIP movement and manufacturing processes.
- Lead 5S activities and act as Safety Champion for TBE operations.
- Analyze production workflows, identify inefficiencies and implement engineering solutions and best practices.

Education Requirements
