Role Summary
Entry-level engineering role on Arm's Verification/SoC team based in Bengaluru. The role supports chip bring-up, packaging/PNP (package and pinout) verification, and SoC integration activities.
Work involves collaborating with designers, verification engineers and cross-functional teams to validate SoC connectivity, perform debug and contribute to verification infrastructure and documentation.

Responsibilities
Typical responsibilities for this role include:
- Support SoC bring-up and package/pinout (PnP) verification activities.
- Develop and run verification tests and reproduce/debug integration issues.
- Work with cross-functional teams (design, validation, layout, firmware) to resolve issues.
- Contribute to testbenches, scripts and automation to improve verification efficiency.
- Document findings, test results and handover notes for production teams.
Requirements
Key skills and capabilities expected for candidates:
- Basic understanding of digital logic, SoC architecture and on-chip interfaces.
- Familiarity with hardware description languages or verification languages (e.g., Verilog, SystemVerilog) and common verification methodologies.
- Scripting experience (Python, Perl, or shell) for test automation and data analysis.
- Comfort using Linux-based toolchains and debugging tools.
- Good verbal and written communication; ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Desirable: exposure to packaging/PnP concepts, board bring-up, or EDA flows (nice-to-have).
