Role Summary

Manage multi-site embedded software teams (Brno and Rožnov p.R.) responsible for Functional Safety software for automotive microcontrollers. Lead delivery, quality, and compliance of safety-related software across the full development lifecycle while coordinating with hardware designers, product teams, test teams and customers.

This is a hands-on management role focused on execution, audit readiness, and cross-team collaboration in a regulated automotive environment.

Experience Level

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include leading the team, driving the development process, and ensuring product quality and compliance.

• Manage multi-site software development teams to deliver Functional Safety software products.
• Drive the software development lifecycle in accordance with quality and safety processes.
• Ensure clear communication and information flow within the team and with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Coordinate with marketing, customers, hardware designers, and global R&D teams.
• Support and prepare for internal and external audits and certification activities.
• Mentor and develop engineers; support team organization across embedded development and remote test teams.
