  • Experience debugging and testing software tools for reliability and performance.
  • Familiarity with EDA tools or shells (Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor) and scripting (Python, Tcl, Perl).
  • Experience with Linux/UNIX environments and CI/CD/DevOps practices.

Preferred:

  • Coursework, internship, or work experience in semiconductor processing, VLSI mask layout, or verification.
  • Familiarity with Cadence Virtuoso, Klayout, Calibre DRC/DRV, ICV or IC Validator.
  • Knowledge of microprocessor design, computer architecture, and custom design/verification flow development.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Qualifications may be met through a combination of formal education, relevant coursework, projects, internships, or equivalent practical experience.
