Role Summary
The FPGA Product Development Engineer will take full ownership of a specific FPGA product line, managing the development process from concept through to post-silicon validation. The primary focus is on delivering optimized, customer-ready silicon solutions for various market segments.

Mid-level, with relevant industry experience preferred.
Responsibilities
The engineer will be responsible for:
- Understanding new FPGA-based products aligned with market and application needs.
- Supporting product planning and device definitions.
- Participating in new product proposal approval reviews.
- Partnering with architecture and design teams to manage trade-offs.
- Overseeing engineering execution from micro-architecture definition to back-end implementation.
- Driving cross-functional alignment and issue resolution.
- Reviewing post-silicon test plans and validation strategies.
- Owning the complete solution lifecycle, ensuring cost-effective and high-performing deliverables.
- Coordinating with hardware, software, and customer support teams.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications include:
- Experience in hardware product development from concept to post-silicon validation.
- Deep understanding of FPGA, IP, or ASIC design and verification processes.
- Hands-on experience with SystemVerilog and digital design methodologies.
- Knowledge of front-end and back-end flows including synthesis, P&R, and timing closure.
- Strong scripting and automation skills for design and validation processes.
- Ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
