Role Summary

Join the MPD (Multi-Product) team to design, implement, verify, and sustain FPGA-based solutions for sensor and effector products. The role supports architecture, detailed design, simulation, integration, verification, and configuration-managed documentation across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Provide full lifecycle support for production-quality FPGA designs.
  • Generate FPGA designs and implement logic using VHDL.
  • Develop requirements, verification plans, and user documentation.
  • Perform simulations, synthesis, integration, and verification activities.
  • Document designs in configuration management tools and support product sustainment.

Requirements

Must-have and preferred skills and conditions.

  • Must-have: U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (DoD Secret). Posting indicates an active/existing clearance is required after day 1.
  • Must-have: ≤12 months relevant professional experience (excluding internships).
  • Must-have: Experience with VHDL; design, coding, simulation, and synthesis experience.

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM field is required.
