Role Summary
Customer-facing engineer responsible for technical evaluations, deployments, and adoption of the PowerPro platform for RTL and gate-level power analysis and optimization. Work with semiconductor customers and internal teams (sales, R&D, product) to drive successful proof-of-concepts and production use.

Responsibilities
Primary duties include pre-sales support, technical enablement, and collaboration with product teams.
- Partner with sales to define and execute technical strategies for customer engagements.
- Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and hands-on workshops.
- Lead evaluations and proof-of-concepts to validate PowerPro for customer use cases.
- Support deployment and adoption across customer teams, including debugging and training.
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with R&D and product management to communicate customer requirements and influence product enhancements.
- Travel to customer sites as needed (up to ~20%).
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience; preferred items listed separately.
- Strong RTL design skills (Verilog / SystemVerilog / VHDL).
- Knowledge of digital design, synthesis, and verification flows.
- Experience with RTL power analysis and optimization methodologies.
- Scripting experience (Tcl, Python).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills for customer interactions.
Nice-to-have / preferred:
- Experience with power tools (PrimePower, PowerArtist, or similar).
- Familiarity with low-power methodologies (UPF/CPF).
- Prior FAE / customer-facing engineering experience.
- Exposure to advanced SoC designs and process nodes.
- Experience using AI-driven tools or agent frameworks to improve workflows and debugging.
Education Requirements
