Role Summary

Provide technical support and system-level power solutions to customers in new energy markets (photovoltaics, energy storage, electric vehicles). Work with customer R&D teams, sales teams and channel partners to introduce products, deliver training, and resolve design issues. Report market feedback and competitor information to marketing and R&D.

Experience Level

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities focus on customer-facing technical support, solution delivery, and internal feedback.

• Support customer design teams for new energy applications (PV, energy storage, EV) and resolve technical issues.
• Develop and propose system-level power solutions for new energy customers.
• Provide product introductions and technical training to MPS sales and distributor teams.
• Collect and report market trends, competitor information, and product-definition feedback to marketing and R&D.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience.

• Solid knowledge of power-supply products and common low-to-mid power topologies; familiarity with common high-power topologies.
• Familiar with analog control and basic digital control techniques for power supplies.
• Ability to independently analyze and proactively solve technical problems.
• Fast learner able to get up to speed on new products, applications, and markets.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills; strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Approximately 2 years of power-related practical experience.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Power Electronics & Drives, Automation, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, or other electrical-related fields.
